  • Identification Information: Your Last Name and the Lab Number associated with your Nextmune Allergy Testing Report.
  • Pet Information and Health Records: Comprehensive details about your pet(s), such as breed, age, health history, including medical and vaccination records, and other pertinent health and behavior information.
  • Visual and Written Content: Photos, videos, documents, and other files that you upload to the Services, which may provide further insight into your pet’s condition, behavior, or needs.
  • Clinic/Veterinarian Contacts: Information about veterinary care providers, including names, addresses, and contact details, to facilitate care coordination and communication.
  • Order Information: Details related to your purchases, including but not limited to billing and shipping information, payment-related details (processed via third-party services like Shopify), order history, and any derivative information such as purchase patterns or transaction records.

Our website (www.pawdiet.com) is affiliated with CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a CafeMedia (“CafeMedia”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the website (www.pawdiet.com), and CafeMedia will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. Affiliate Marketing

We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

We also participate in several other affiliate advertising programs including, but not limited to, Petco, PetSmart, Chewy, PetFlow, OnlyNaturalPet, EntirelyPets, and Pet Valu.
